JoWo Flex Nib Unit

These #6 JoWo flex nib units will fit several modern manufactured pens such as Edison, Penlux, and Franklin Christoph. Through years of research, trial and error, Richard Binder developed a method of transforming a modern 14K nib unit into a flex nib that closely emulates the flex nibs of old. Under Richard's tutelage, Linda has mastered this artisan modification and offers her version of this highly sought after nib. 

We are no longer able to get the feed and housing units that Bexley used. However, if you have a Bexley and want a 14K flex nib for it, we can do this on your housing unit. Please contact us for more details on this option for Bexley pens.

Please note that these nibs are serious flex nibs. If you are used to a Pilot/Namiki Falcon or Noodler's flex nib, the amount of pressure those nibs require will damage our flex nibs, possibly to the point of destruction. Damage due to overflexing is not covered by our warranty.

Because we want you to have the best experience possible when you purchase a fountain pen from us, we tune each nib at no extra charge unless otherwise requested.  

Nibs are installed in a pen body, filled with Waterman Mysterious Blue ink, tested on better than average quality paper, then adjusted for alignment, ink flow, and smoothed to bring it to the standard that you should come to expect when buying a fountain pen or nib from Indy-Pen-Dance.
